How to Use
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the herbs, and allow them to steep for 15–20 minutes.
2. Allow the mixture to cool, then strain the herbs.
3. Pour the prepared bath into a basin or bowl and gently pour over your body from the neck down while praying or speaking your intentions.

5. Allow your body to air-dry if comfortable.
